Return & Refund Policy

Returns/Exchanges:

Customers have 30 calendar days to return/exchange an item from the date it was received. To be eligible for a return/exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was packaged. Returns must have proof of purchase from Christrio directly. Any purchases through distributors or other third parties will not qualify for a return through our company. Returns must be approved before items are shipped back to the company.

Shipping:

Customers will be responsible for cost of return shipping, unless the product(s) was/were damaged upon delivery.

Refunds:

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify the customer that it has been received. We will immediately update the on the status of the refund after inspecting the item. Once the return has been successful, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment. Refunds will be completed within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

***Only products that arrived damaged can get full refund (must provide pictures of damages). All other approved returns must abide by company policy of 20% restocking fee (Note: This is stated on all invoices)***
